How it works

We aim to satisfy that persistent chocolate crave. Over 100 chocolates, the selection keeps growing. All chocolates are sourced from a range of master chocolatiers. It’s exciting, you’ll get to try chocolates from Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, UK and many more expert chocolate making nations.

An elegant box will arrive filled with new chocolates to try, each one containing 24 deliciously fresh luxury chocolates.

Our signature black boxes hide each variety of luxury chocolate. Imagine opening each black box to discover a new chocolate creation – A Surprise With Every Bite.

If you want to find out which chocolates have been carefully selected, we have revealed a selection of luxury chocolates to tease.

Placing an order

You can easily pay securely with PayPal using your credit or debit card. To join the chocolate club and subscribe you must use your PayPal account or set up a PayPal account, it’s free.

For gift boxes there’s no need to set up a PayPal account, simply complete the secure PayPal checkout with or without setting up an account.

PayPal uses super sophisticated technology to protect you during checkout.

Chocolate gift

Chocolate gifts are dispatched within 2 working days and should arrive within 3 days of dispatch.

Treating yourself

It depends when you’ve sign up. To avoid the chocolate sitting around we ship twice a month, ensuring your chocolates are as fresh as can be.

Delivery information:

Subscribe between the 1st and the 15th and your box will be dispatched on or around the 16th*.
Subscribe between the 16th and the last day of the month and your box will be on its way to you on or around the 1st*.

We send your chocolates through Royal Mail, we expect your chocolates to arrive within 3 working days.

*As we don’t want your chocolates sitting around, if the 1st or the 16th is a weekend or a bank holiday we will send your box a day or two early. We will let you know.

If you’re in the UK and need a chocolate fix we have you covered.

We use Royal Mail so your box will be delivered with your regular post.

We are working towards being able to ship internationally and if you live outside of the UK and would like to subscribe, please email us first at hello@cocoacrave.co.uk.
There will be an additional delivery charge for international shipments.

Yes, if you have problems using our checkout due to international billing address please contact us with your order details including UK delivery address and any additional information.

We will simply arrange a secure direct PayPal payment.

We like to keep you in the loop. You will receive emails confirming your order and once your box has been dispatched.

Not a penny, delivery is free if you’re in the UK.

Your chocolates are safely packed into a letterbox friendly packaging so they’ll be waiting for you when you get home. You can also have them delivered to your office for that afternoon crave.

We think you’ll enjoy your chocolates more when they’re not melted so we will postpone delivery for a few days if a heat wave strikes. If we are that lucky, we will let you know.

We wouldn’t have it any other way, the packaging is 100% recyclable.

Your chocolate

Join the chocolate club and each month you’ll receive a surprise selection of truly fresh chocolates to satisfy your crave. These unique chocolates have been carefully selected from chocolatiers around the world.

Your chocolates come in 6 little black boxes, each containing 4 surprise chocolates.

You can take each little box of 4 with you when you’re on the go.

A soft, salted caramel centred, smooth milk chocolate is waiting to be discovered as well as over 100 other chocolates, including limited edition chocolate creations. Treat yourself.

Gift Box and Chocolate Club Chocolates Revealed

Check out the unique luxury chocolates we’ve carefully selected for our one off chocolate gift box and the CocoaCrave Chocolate Clubs delicious first month’s chocolate selection.

That wouldn’t be any fun, we send you a different selection each month, surprise! There’s over 100 chocolates for you to try and the selection keeps growing.

We try lots of different chocolates and select the ones we think you’ll love, it’s a cool job…

Your luxury chocolates are deliciously fresh when they’re sent to you. We recommend you enjoy them within 2 months of delivery. We doubt you’ll be able to resist them that long though.

To keep the chocolate fresh we recommend that you keep them out of direct sunlight and avoid temperature fluctuations.

No need for the fridge, room temperature is fine.

Sadly we can’t guarantee that while the chocolatiers are hard at work preparing a fresh batch of delicious luxury chocolate that they don’t handle any milk, nuts or gluten based products.

We’re sorry, was there anything wrong with your order? Please contact us at hello@cocoacrave.co.uk. We handle all refunds differently.

Yes, you can. Simply log into your account and order a gift box.

When entering your delivery details there’s an “additional information” section. Please enter the chocolates you thought were delicious and we will make sure there in your box!

You’ll find the names of the chocolates on the label at the bottom of the box, don’t look before you try, that would ruin the surprise!

Changing your payment method

If you need to change your CocoaCrave Chocolate Club payment method to a different PayPal account, this can be done securely through your CocoaCrave account.

To change your CocoaCrave Chocolate Club payment method, select the “Change Payment Method” button next to your subscription. You’ll be taken to the secure PayPal checkout, simply complete the checkout process using the new PayPal details.

Please note you will not be charged until your next CocoaCrave Chocolate Club payment date, which can be found in your CocoaCrave account.

Updating PayPal payment details

As your payment information is secured by PayPal, you must log in to your account and update your payment details there.

If you have any questions please contact us, we would be happy to help.

If you need to change your shipping or billing address this can be done through your CocoaCrave account.

To change your CocoaCrave Chocolate Club shipping address, select the “Change Address” button next to your subscription. This will also update your accounts default shipping address but will not change your billing address.

To update your billing address, simply scroll down to the “Billing Address” section of your account, then select “Edit” to make changes to your billing current address.

If you have any questions please contact us, we would be happy to help.

Simply login to your CocoaCrave account and click the “Pay” button next to your subscription (or failed order), you’ll be guided through the normal secure PayPal checkout.

If you’ve successfully paid before this month’s dispatch date everything should continue as usual. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your chocolates are on their way.

Don’t worry if you’ve just missed this month’s dispatch date, we should be able to get your chocolate fix out to you.

We hope this won’t be the case but if we are unable or there’s a delay in dispatch we will contact you with an update.

Contact us at hello@cocoacrave.co.uk, we can arrange for your CocoaCrave Chocolate Club subscription to be paused for a month.

You’ll have to let us know 7 days before your payment is due, thanks.

Once you’ve tasted the chocolates we have in store for you, we doubt you’ll want to stop discovering new chocolates.

If you do decide to stop we have made it easy, log into your account and select “cancel” next to your active subscription.

If you do decide to leave the CocoaCrave Chocolate Club, we really hope you’ve loved the chocolates and hope to see you again soon.
