CocoaCrave Ltd owns and operates the www.cocoacrave.co.uk website. In the Terms and Conditions CocoaCrave and the website is also referred to with ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’.
Creating and Managing Account
In order to use the service and place orders you will need to create an account. You must be 18+ to be able to setup account with us. The delivery address must be in the United Kingdom. Creating an account, you confirm you are entering into legally binding contracts.
Creating your account also allows you access to the service and you will be eligible to purchase subscription options and subsequent additional chocolate boxes.
You are required to provide accurate details on your CocoaCrave account. You are responsible for those details to be updated when/if necessary. Also, you are required to ensure your password is secure.
In case of doubt your account has been compromised, Contact us immediately to try resolve the issue.
Your account is subject to approval by CocoaCrave and can be terminated at any point.
The website will be updated regularly to reflect content, details, offers and other items.
The legal and intellectual property rights are owned by us, or licensed to us by partners. All content on the website as well as the website are protected by international copyright laws and database rights and regulations. You cannot use any of the content on the website for personal or other use. You cannot change or remove content or any material. You cannot use our logos, name or other intellectual property.
If we include any links on our website or any correspondence with you, those links have been provided only for your convenience. Unless those are links to our website, we don’t have any control over those additional materials and don’t hold responsibility over their content and/or validity.
Any access to the CocoaCrave website may be occasionally interrupted and restricted in order to carry out repairs and/or updates, maintenance and/or introduction of new services/ options. We will be working as quickly as possible to restore normal operations.
Using our website
By using our website you consent:
1) Not to impersonate any other person
2) Not to conduct any offensive actions
3) Not to use the website in unlawful ways
4) Not to attempt and/or access the accounts of other users
5) Misuse the website by introducing any harmful material
6) Not to tamper with any content or technology used
In case we believe you have breached any of the above, we keep the right to terminate or restrict your account and access to CocoaCrave website indefinitely. We keep the right to prosecute any offensive actions to protect our rights and intellectual property as well as maintain the positive user experience of other subscribers.
Prices and Billing
The prices for the different subscription options as well as further chocolate boxes are shown on the website. The prices shown will be the billed amount which is inclusive P&P for the United Kingdom territory. In case of any changes to the pricing, CocoaCrave will ensure to clearly display the new amounts in advance.
We will endeavour to price correctly all items and subscription boxes we offer. In case there has been a pricing mistake and the changed amount is lower than the original price, we are under no obligation to send the order even if the confirmation email has been sent. We will refund the amount charged in this case and will ensure to allow you to reorder. We will, however, do our best to avoid any pricing mistakes.
The prices charged for every item/subscription option are shown on the website. Those prices include P&P.
Placing an order
You will be able to purchase a monthly subscription and other items after creating an account with CocoaCrave.
While placing an order you will be asked for basic personal information as well as to enter your payment details using PayPal’s secure checkout. We do not hold payment and account details.
You will be able to review and edit your order before confirming the purchase.
We will bill you the same time each month based on your original sign up date.
Once the order has been confirmed you will not be able to cancel or amend it and we will process the payment.
You will receive order confirmation email once the order has been placed.
The price of the first month’s box for new customers is reduced by 1/3 if coupon code “Crave” is entered at checkout. All subsequent boxes are priced at full price as advertised on the product’s page.
Any additional offers will not be available to previous customers or trialists unless stated.
To ensure the freshness of the chocolates we order smaller quantities frequently. If for any reason we do not have a certain chocolate in stock and therefore are unable to include it in your box, a similar chocolate of the same value will selected as a replacement.
Currently we ship only within the United Kingdom.
We are working towards being able to ship internationally and if you live outside of the above territories and would like to subscribe, please email us first on email@example.com.
There will be additional delivery charge for international shipments.
As our service is a monthly subscription, we will bill you the same time each month based on your original sign up date and use all reasonable endeavours to dispatch your box on or close to either the 1st or the 16th of the month depending when you signed up.
We use Royal Mail. In case of unusually high temperatures in the summer months, we reserve the right to postpone shipping by a few days in order to ensure the chocolate will not melt during transit.
The delivery cost is included in the amounts stated on the website for each item and subscription box. We reserve the right to amend the delivery charge at any time under reasonable circumstances.
In case of any disruptions or problems incurred while fulfilling your order, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible via email.
Please ensue your contact details and address are kept up to date at all times. In case you need to amend your address, please do so at least 1 week before your order is due to be shipped and email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to reconfirm.
As this is a subscription based service, we will bill you the same time each month based on your original sign up date. We endeavour to dispatch your first box within 3 working days for first boxes unless a delivery date has been specified. All subsequent boxes will be dispatched on or around the same date in the following months.
The first box of the subscription will be billed at 2/3 of the cost if code “Crave” is entered at checkout. All subsequent boxes are priced at original price.
Please keep your payment details updated and make any changes as necessary at least 1 week before monthly payment is due in order to avoid any shipment and delivery delays.
Cancellation of subscription
You may cancel your monthly subscription at least 1 week before the auto-renewal of your payment for the next box. The payment is taken each month on the date of your original sign up.
If you wish to subscribe again you will have to contact us at email@example.com. If you wish to subscribe again, you will not be eligible to receive the introductory 1/3 off offer using code ‘Crave’
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org in case there is an issue with your order, please include description of the problem along with photo. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order after being placed, we will issue a refund for the whole order or the month we cannot deliver.

If the fault is reasonable and agreed, we will issue a full refund within 7 days. We will use the guidance of Office of Fair Trading as first reference in order to determine if a refund is in order. We will refund the amount only if the product has been faulty and not any other reason due to the perishable nature of the chocolate.
We source high quality chocolates from small artisan chocolatiers and aim to offer chocolates you will not be able to find easily in the usual market channels.
We cannot guarantee that the chocolates we offer are gluten free. We cannot guarantee the chocolates we offer don’t contain nuts. If you have specific dietary requests, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
We provide the ingredient information supplied to us by the chocolatiers we work with on the labels in the boxes you receive. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information and we do not assume any liabilities and responsibilities.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
1) death or personal injury by our negligence;
2) fraudulent misrepresentation;
3) any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
None of these terms restrict your statutory rights. Please refer to your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen Advice Bureau.
If any part of these terms is proven unenforceable, this fact will not affect the enforceability of any other part of these terms.
This contract is mutually binding involving you and us. No other person or party has any rights to enforce any of its terms.
You may not assign, sub-licence or otherwise transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to anyone else. You agree that we may assign or transfer any of our rights or obligations under these terms.
We will not be liable to you for any lack of performance, or the unavailability or failure of our website or our services, or for any failure by us to comply with these terms, where such lack, unavailability or failure arises from any cause reasonably beyond our control.
These terms, and any contract between us, are in the English language. The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. However, if you are resident in Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident in Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
